It’s been a quick transition between the pleasant warm weather and the freezing, frigid Pittsburgh winter, we tried to extract a little bit of fun out of the autumn.

The gang and I had some fun picking and carving pumpkins (in engineer fashion, I was sporting the Dremel tool).

Also, Valerie and I had a fun time picking apples at Simmon’s Farm south of Pittsburgh (pictured). $16.00 bought us a half-bushel bag to fill up ourselves, so we headed with Lumen out in to the pastures.
