It’s been a while since I made a post about the Italian Dual Citizenship progress, but that’s because 6 months after I mailed the first request for Sam’s birth certificate (and many other attempts), I’ve received nothing.

My translator, Audra (wonderful person), suggested I try another tactic. So I went to Naso’s website and found any address remotely related to my request. I’m going to send the letters to the following offices:

Area Amministrativa e Affari Generali
(Area Administrative and General Affairs)

Segretario Comunale
(Municipal Secretary)

Segreteria del Sindaco
(Secretary of the Mayor)

as well as the good ol’ Ufficio di Stato Civile (Civil Status Office) though that route has failed many times.

The letters are on their way, we’ll see where it goes.

Total cost for this stage = $.98 x 4 stamps = $3.92

Total cost so far = $177.21
